They Think They Are Smart!

I hate it when buyer starts to think that they are smart enough to know what is going on. They asked me for my parcel tracking number and said that she will help to track my parcel and yes, I did gave it to her with the tracking website as well. Guess what she asked me next? She asked me , shouldn't the tracking number starts with EN? I was like duh! My parcel is from overseas and EN is the code for our local courier services. How can the tracking no starts with EN? Anyway, since she is the buyer, I should not shoot her directly and then she starts to ask me stupid question everyday while the status can be seen at the site that I already given to her. Well, I just ignore her for the time being until my parcel reach!
