What will you do when:
1. Your new colleague who is supposing should be updating the company's database, surfing on the World Wide Web and shop online during working hours non-stop?
2. After we blocked her computer to surf for shopping site, she bring her own personal laptop and use the LAN network to surf online and every single time, I passed by her place, she will be staring at her personal laptop doing the thing she is not suppose to be doing.And yes, she knows that we purposely blocked her pc from surfing online shop.
3. MC almost every 2 weeks..and he/she still under probation period
I am so pissed but yet I am so freaking busy to discuss this with my boss regards to her attitude and work performance in the office. ARRGH!

jam: If she can perform and give result within the time given, she can surf anytime, anything she wanted to, but if she cant even finish her typing work, then do you think you will keep such staff? I myself, when I have a 5 minutes time rest, I will starts blogging, so that is why, u can noticed that I always have typo error and even grammar being use wrongly.
