I am lucky that the pain on my heel is not Plantar Fasciitis. Maybe because I am on the high heel for more than 8 hours a day, so my heel starts to experience a little bit discomfort and thus, resulting the pain. It does feel like Plantar Fasciitis, a painful condition in the heel and arch area, but luckily mine is not!
