Swollen Feet

Starts to experience swollen feet since 2 days ago. The first time was when I am still in Cameron Highland, the night on the first day after a long time of walking. Had been walking from 12 pm until we reached back to the hotel at 9pm. Oh my god! 9 hours of walking..I wonder if it because I been walking too much without rest..the next morning, I found that the swell subsided but yesterday night I found my feet swell again.

and this morning the swell is still here..hopefully by tomorrow morning the swell will subside or else I will be walking like a penguin to office ..
