Sleep Time

Alright, last task before I hit the sack. My should is giving me the sign to sleep right away because of side of the shoulder is so freaking painful. The tingling sensation is not really funny because each time its tingling, I will be having a mild headache! So please do not ask me stupid question on what extenze mean right now. Spare me a night.
