MLM?

A friend of mine been selling the colon cleansing detox since a month ago. At first I was reluctant to take her call as she been very aggressive selling the product but after seeing so many people trying and giving good review on this product, I was open up a little to hear what she will be presenting to me..hopefully it is something useful and not like those MLM thing again! cross finger!
