USD Rate Go Up!

Wow, The USD rate going up back! Its nice to heard about the rising USD. I hate it when the rate was so low that when I expect that I will be getting higher, then when the cashier passed the money to me, the rate as so low! Low until I can not believe myself! Before that I thought I can browse around the www.tanningbedlotions.org site happily but ended up I was so disappointing as I am not able to get what I want..bah..too disappointing!
