Help!

Still need the help with all those fat burners as I am still fat after almost 2 years! Going to be 2 years this month! Yes , its already freaking 2 years and those fat on my tummy is still exist! Oh my God!,how the hell, those mummies can just ditch the fat from their body in less than half a year? Anyone can give advise? The fat at my tummy is still lumpy type, not hard yet..i can not imagine, when its become hard..
