New Document Management System

Having a big spring clean up today inside the office. All the old storage system was replaced with the new one but too bad, my boss did not buy a new document management system for me otherwise it will be more easy job for me . Now i am doing manually for all the document management and its actually a waste of time as I need to manually key in the detail into an excel spread sheet 1 by 1 and each time I done with the filling.
