pre employment background check

Very scary! Just finished reading a news on the missing employer and he was found few days later inside a big drain. According to a source, he was suppose to have an interview with a few foreigner as he is desperately needed some man power to mend his factory and since he know that foreigner pay will be cheaper than the local, he choose to hire them instead and ended up with a sad ending. 4 foreigner came but not for the interview. They came and robbed him instead. I guess everyone know what happen after that. So i guess a pre employment background check will be the best before the actual interview. Check them up first before meeting a stranger and of course, not to be alone!
