In few days time, my company will going to have the employee performance evaluation to see and make sure that all the employee performance and status. At the same time, they will be evaluate if they are worth to be given any increment or not.
I hope that I will be getting at least 30% of my current salary as at the moment, it is very hard to survived based on my pay cheque right now. It is not even enough to cover for all my loan and as well as all the necessities like electric bills, water bills, broadband bills, credit bills, insurance and the list goes on.
