Since the office space here in our country are getting more and more expensive each day, do you think the office space Connecticut will stay the same? I truly hope so as we might be shifting there if the office space here keep increasing day by day.
I had just received a notice from the landlord asking for an increment of the office space rental as what he was saying the office space at else where are increasing and if he did not increase his rental, it will not be fair to him. But does it sound fair to us when we had our agreement on the increment of the rental every 3 years but now it's not even a year after the 1st increment and now he is asking for another increment again. How can that be! Not fair I am telling you!
