Bad Memory After Delivery

Ok, I forgot to take my vitamin supplement again! I think this is the 4th day or more..Nowadays I memory are really going down the drain as I am very forgetful and not to mentioned, I can't even remember what I ate for my dinner last night. Now I understand how all those mommy feel last time especially my sister who always complained to me that she have a very bad memory after her delivery. Last time I do not believe her, but now I do because its affects me as well and mine, is really bad.. really really bad..
