Break Down

Saw a car breakdown by the road side today while on my way to work. I guess the driver called for the breakdown service help as just sit inside the car without doing anything. Nothing at all. Normally if a car breakdown, the driver will come down and open up the bonnet and try to check what is wrong with the engine.Well, since she is doing nothing and not calling for help, there is no point I stop and ask right?
